Jap Buffet and Spa

I went to this jap restaurant, Gen in Legend Hotel... the buffet there is quite nice but not much choices though....but i was freaking FULL! hahaha... actually i went there bcz chris was staying over there with his dad.... he was in charge of the video for Dr. Mahathir for the perdana global peace conference!!! so proud of him!! he did a good job.... damn nice the video... very sad actually... its about the poor people in Palestine that has gone through so much of torture.... it was really very scary..... if u all go for the exhibition u will feel like u are 10000000X more lucky than those people there.... i'll post some pics later for u all to see kay...

He brought me to the Spa on thursday in glenmarie.... it was very nice!!! very comfortable, relaxing....but EMBarassing toO!!! girls and guys are seperated... so i was alone.... first they ask me to bathe then change to the clothes the provide... then go for jacuzzi for 15 minutes the dip inside this cold tub for 5 seconds...then go for sauna for 10 minutes then bathe again... after that can go to the lounge to eat....the food there is damn nice!!!and chris is also there....its the only place where we can meet...the food is damn delicious....i ate so much!! then after eating i went for aromatherapy massage... the lady ask me " is stepping okay?" i didn't know what is that since it was my first time there.... so i answered "okay...."!!! it was nice at first....THEN..... i felt a damn heavy thing on my legs!!!!!! damn pain okaY! she was stepping on my legs then my butt then my back and all the way to my shoulder!!!!! goodness....it was so painful that i couldn't even shout "STOOPPPPP!!!" she keep doing that for bout 5- 10 minutes okay....and gueSS whaTT!! she is like twice my size!!!!! So, the advice is....NVR ask for stepping if the lady is so big... i've nvr felt such pain in my life...ever... plus.....she did this thing to make a crack sound at my neck and my back!!! its like in those chinese movies where the break the back or neck..... but luckily mine was not the loud crack la....its just a soft crack... after the massage i ate again.....hahaa....can't resist food la....especially delicious ones....=P
